At Kiksy, all products are made to order especially for you. Because of this, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, production may already have started and cancellation may not be possible.


2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item, design, or size sent by mistake)

We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

  • Include your order number

Once approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement free of charge, or

  • Issue a full refund

You may not be required to return the item.


4. Shipping Issues

Kiksy is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • Packages marked as delivered by the courier

However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issues.


5. Returns Address

We do not accept returns sent directly to our production partners.
If a return is required, we will provide you with the correct return instructions.
