What are your sweatshirts made from?
Our sweatshirts are made from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton — soft, breathable, and safe for sensitive skin. Every garment is printed in Manchester using non-toxic, water-based inks.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. All Kiksy garments use organic cotton free from harsh chemicals, pesticides and synthetic dyes. They are suitable for mums with sensitive skin and safe to wear next to baby.
How do I wash my Kiksy sweatshirt?
Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Turn inside-out to protect the print. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry flat. Do not iron directly on the print.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes XS to 3XL (UK 6–24). Our sweatshirts are designed with a relaxed, cosy fit — if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the oversized look.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. Free standard delivery on all orders over £40.
What is your returns policy?
We offer free 30-day returns on all unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Contact us at hello@kiksy.co.uk and we'll sort it for you.
Can I get gift wrapping?
